If you wish to drop your class, a drop form must be received before the 25th of the month (when we bill for the upcoming month). We will not refund if we have already charged your card.
We do NOT prorate mid-month for drops. Once a month has begun, you are responsible for attending all scheduled classes during that month. If you have missed a class, please call the front desk and ask about our missed class options!
Please do NOT call the front desk to verbally drop your child from a class, as only the written form submission will be accepted. We appreciate your cooperation.
If you wish to drop from a competitive team, please make your coach aware before filling out the appropriate form.
