During the month of September, our Rainbow Program classes will focus on the most important skill in Gymnastics…

The Handstand

We look forward to seeing all the gymnasts continue to improve their strength and skills as classes continue into the school year!

Parents, be on the lookout for two of our most popular programs taking off during the Fall:

Back Handspring Boot Camp (BHSBC): Two of the biggest milestones in tumbling are mastering the back handspring and the back tuck. Sun Country hosts a tumbling clinic focused specifically on these skills for students just beginning with these skills to those who want to put the last finishing touches on their back handspring or back tuck. Our experienced coaches will assist students through a variety of drills designed to increase the strength and muscle memory needed to perform both back handsprings and tucks.
