Greetings AAU Team Families!

Congratulations to all of our talented gymnasts for making such huge improvements in their physical skills and abilities throughout the summer. As the girls make their way back to the classroom and begin transitioning to the Fall schedule, we will continue to fine tune our gymnastics techniques while learning small parts of our routines at practice this month.

The routines take a considerable amount of hard work and diligence to perfect, so make sure your student attends as many practices as possible over the next few months so that their training will pay off! We will be preparing on a week by week basis, so it’s best not to miss in order to learn all the parts accordingly.

Also, a huge congratulations for the Team USA Gymnastics women and men, who came back with a combined 12 medals across all events, topping every other country in total medal count! We are proud to support such incredible athletes who have set an excellent example for our aspiring gymnasts at Sun Country and across the nation.
