WEST FACILITY:

  • Screening questions at the facility door remain unchanged.
    Please read and follow before arriving at Sun Country.
  • Note: We will no longer be checking temperatures at the door.
    Please do not come to Sun Country with a temperature
    of 100.4 or higher.
  • Outside handwashing station: We encourage handwashing
    or hand sanitizing prior to entering the facility.
  • Students sanitize hands before entering each program activity
    area and after every rotation.
  • Students are required to bring in their own water bottle labeled
    with their name. All water fountains have been converted to
    water filling stations.
  •  No more than 1 adult per child in the building for ages
    5 and under.
  • Curbside drop off/pick up is required for students
    ages 6 and older.
  • Online streaming video service is available for parents
    to observe class/practice.
  • WE HAVE UPDATED OUR MASK POLICY effective July 5th:
    • FULLY VACCINATED individuals ages 12+ (including our
      staff) will have the option of wearing a face covering
      while indoors.
    • Although children under the age of 12 have not had an
      opportunity to get vaccinated we will make this a parents
      choice. If you would like for your child to continue to
      wear a face mask please send them with one as usual.
    • If you are 12 or over and HAVE NOT been vaccinated,
      please continue to wear a face covering while inside our
      building. Many staff and customers will likely continue
      to wear face coverings and that is perfectly fine and
      encouraged. If anything changes within our local area
      as far as COVID spikes we will immediately update this.
    • Face coverings and/or swim shields are no longer
      required outdoors including the pool deck.
  • Props, mats and other equipment are disinfected throughout
    the day and throughout activities as needed.
  • If a child or adult is sick we will thoroughly disinfect the area
    that they occupied as quickly as possible.
  • Stations and activities are modified to provide additional
    distance between students where possible.
  • Air Fresh™ chlorine dioxide (ClO2) anti-viral diffusers are
    installed in all HVAC systems.
  • Commercial disinfectant foggers are used nightly throughout
    the entire facility.

MILLHOPPER FACILITY:

  • Screening questions at the facility door remain unchanged.
    Please read and follow before arriving at Sun Country.
  • Note: We will no longer be checking temperatures at the door.
    Please do not send your child to Sun Country with a
    temperature of 100.4 or higher.
  • Handwashing at the sink in front of the facility will remain and is
    REQUIRED before practice. We encourage you to have your
    child wash hands at the end of practice as well.
  • Students are required to bring in their own water bottle labeled
    with their name. All water fountains have been converted
    to water filling stations.
  • WE HAVE UPDATED OUR MASK POLICY effective July 5th:
    • FULLY VACCINATED individuals (including our staff)
      will have the option of wearing a face covering indoors.
  • NO ADULTS IN THE MILLHOPPER FACILITY REMAINS IN
    EFFECT. This is temporary and this will be in our next phase
    roll out.
