USAG Girls Compulsory Season is now underway!

The gymnasts did a terrific job at our in-house meet on August 19th.  We will be using these performances as a platform for improvement and continue making gains all year long. We look forward to seeing how our gymnasts grow throughout the season!

Our first official meet is at the end of the month:

  • Daytona Beach Bash
    • September 24 – 25th in Daytona, FL

Best of luck to all competitors and coaches!

Summer training for the Girls Optionals has come to a close and the gymnasts are coming back stronger than ever! We are going to do our best to recuperate our energies and hit the ground running in anticipation of the upcoming Spring season!

Congratulations to Level 10 - Joy Ziegenfelder on being invited back out to the Karolyi Ranch for Developmental Invite Camp now for the 4th time!

Also, a huge congratulations for the Team USA Gymnastics women and men, who came back with a combined 12 medals across all events, topping every other country in total medal count! We are proud to support such incredible athletes who have set an excellent example for our aspiring gymnasts at Sun Country and across the nation.
