Kids aged 3+ will take part in Gymnastics, Obstacle Courses, NinjaZone, Group Games and an evening full of activity. Plus, they’ll receive complimentary pizza during KNO! Register early to reserve your spot!
Dance Jam is the perfect option for your child if you don’t want to commit to regularly scheduled classes, or just want to have fun exploring different dance styles. Explore hip-hop, jazz, modern or ballet.
Does your little one love to dance? Explore music, props, dress-up and more. This parent-toddler class is a fun bonding experience, encouraging you to dance and play alongside your child. Register early!
Mastering the back handspring and back tuck are key milestones. BHTBC helps students from beginners to those refining their technique, using drills to build the strength and muscle memory needed for these skills.

Open climb times at Sun Country Rocks offers a thrilling opportunity for climbers of all skill levels to explore their adventurous side in a safe, supportive environment. With access to a variety of climbing walls and expert supervision, it’s a perfect activity for fun and fitness.
30-MINUTE CLASSES AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE WEEK
Wee Peas is available for 5 months-11 months and is FREE for Sun Country Members! One Peas is also available for one year olds. A great time for parents and their toddler!
Kids aged 3 and up are welcome every Saturday to be part of Splash Jam! Enjoy a 30-minute swim lesson grouped by ability. Meet our instructors and have fun at all levels. Plus, existing students can use Splash Jam as a makeup class or for extra practice. Sun Country members and non-members are welcome!
Gym Jam and Gym Jam Junior offers an exciting open gym experience for children ages 5 and under, featuring fun activities like trampolines, obstacle courses, and gymnastics equipment. It’s the perfect opportunity for kids to play, explore, and enjoy an active, energy-filled time in a safe and supervised environment.
Ninja Jam is the perfect option for your child if you don’t want to commit to regularly scheduled class or just want to see what our program is all about! Open to both girls and boys, space is limited so please pre-register. Our Ninja room is ready for action! Available for boys and girls ages 3 and older.
Enjoy open play with your child in a safe and fun environment during our Stay and Play classes. Designed for kids 5 and under, these sessions offer activities in the Star Gym, SunBurst room, and feature preschool equipment, a KidZone play structure, and in-ground trampolines. Sun Country members and non-members are welcome!
