All students enrolled in classes are required to be Auto-Pay and leave a credit or debit card on file. Tuition will be automatically deducted from your account on the 25th of the month for the upcoming month. Additional program/retail charges will be charged weekly on Mondays. If we have a family email address on file you will receive a courtesy email on the (business) day before your account will be charged. If your credit card is declined* you will have 1 (one) week to make a payment or your child will be automatically dropped from class.
Joining a class after the month commences results in a pro-rated tuition based on your start date. We have a flat rate tuition program that is based on 48 weeks with 12 months averaging 4 weeks each.
Missed a class?:
We do not offer credits, refunds or make-up classes for missed classes. Your tuition is based on enrollment (guaranteed spot) and not a result of attendance. By not offering make up classes we can ensure that your child’s class is well structured and never over booked. The quality and safety of the class is what is most important at Sun Country.
We do understand that sometimes it is not possible to attend your scheduled class. In this instance, Sun Counter offers the following “missed-class options”: Stay and Play (ages 5 and younger), Gym Jam (ages 5 and up), Gym Jam Jr. (ages 3.5-5), Splash Jam (ages 6 months and up), Rock Wall (must fit in the harness), Ninja Jam (ages 3-11), Parent’s Night Out (kindergarten – 7th grade) or Broadway Babies (ages 3 and under).
You must call in your absence prior to the start of class in order to receive a “missed-class option”.
Missed class (swim only):
In the event of rain, class will resume as long as the pool staff determine that it is safe. A missed class option will be available if class is canceled due to inclement weather. If your child is ill, a doctors note must be turned in to the deck supervisor to receive a missed class option (limit one per month).

Wanting to Un-Enroll?:
If you wish to un-enroll your class an un-enrollment form must be received before the 25th of the month (when we bill for the upcoming month). We will not credit/refund if we have already charged your card.
Being late is very disruptive to classes. Please arrive on time.
* Sun Country charges a $25 fee for all declined funds.
